Jason is currently enrolled as a senior at Temple High School and has been a student of piano for seven years, four under the direction of Pricilla Heard.

He also plays violin in the Chamber Orchestra at the highschool, and studies the instrument privately with Mary Fairlie. Jason has established himself as a performer in that he not only advanced to state in solo UIL for his two instruments, but also played accompaniment there for a vocalist.

In addition to his musical interests, Jason also enjoys reading both classic and contemporary works. An all-honors student, Jason ranks in the top 3% at Temple High School, participates in German club (and hopes to study the language to fluidity), competes on the Junior Varsity Brainstorm Team, and plays Junior Varsity Tennis.

Jason resides with his parents in Temple, Texas along with his slightly younger sister Rachael, even younger brother Joshua, and Shih-Tzu, Izzy.
